Benedict ("Dick") T. DeCicco, Ph.D., scholar and teacher, scientist and mentor, vice provost and graduate dean, colleague and friend, loses his struggle against cancer. See story.

One of Dr. DeCicco's main graduate research interest was the strengthening of the Bilogy Department.  In his honor The Benedict T. DeCicco Graduate Research Scholarship fund hs been established to help support graduate students financially.  Contributions to this fund should be sent care of the CUA Department of Biology.
